Senior Pastor / Elder
Pete Greig is the increasingly bewildered founder of 24-7Prayer, an international, interdenominational movement of prayer, mission and justice which has been praying night-and-day for more than twenty years, and has reached more than half the nations on earth. He and his wife Sammy serve as Senior Pastors of Emmaus Rd, a church with congregations in Guildford, Woking and Aldershot, England, and split their time between a barge on the River Wey, south of London, and an island off the coast where they host and mentor leaders.
Senior Pastor / Elder
Sammy became a Christian just up the road from Guildford at the age of seventeen. Working together in team ministry since they were first married more than 20 years ago, Sammy & Pete have planted two churches. With a background in business, Sammy is a proud mum to two teenage boys, and can often be found reading highbrow books in quiet corners of local coffee shops. Less impressively, she admits to having watched the Bridget Jones movie more than thirty times, and to having once been lead singer in a pub covers band.
