Following our 24-7 prayer week (13th – 20th October), some of us were challenged by Isaiah 62:1-7 and the call for us to pray continually for Guildford. Can you commit at least half an hour regularly to “not keep silent” before the Lord for Guildford’s sake from 30th October?
Take a minute to ask yourself this question: Do I love Guildford?
Do I love Guildford enough to prayerfully contend for its communities, students, churches, businesses and residents? If your answer is “Yes! Of course I love Guildford,” then you are exactly the person we need to pray with us over this town (and borough)! You can get involved in two ways:
Want to find out what it’s like to use a 24-7 Prayer Room? Watch this testimony video by Alliance Bible Church or click here.
If you have any questions or issues, please email our Prayer Co-ordinator Natalie here.
A 40-minute morning gathering on Zoom held Monday – Sunday on Zoom at 8am.
We would love for you to join by clicking this link. If you need the password to enter, email here.
What do Morning Prayers generally look like?
We use the P.R.A.Y structure:
PAUSE to be still before God;
REJOICE with singing, and reflect on a Bible passage;
ASK God to move in different situations, seeking His Will as we intercede;
YIELD to God, trusting in His character and in His will for our lives.
Our meetings are a safe environment to practice hearing from God, share what you sense the Holy Spirit wants to share through you, as well as mature in prayer, discernment and other spiritual giftings. Ultimately our prayer meetings are classrooms, and so we invite people to come prepared to be catalysed and stretched! Join screen on or screen off from anywhere in the world.
